A boho beach wedding

I met Laura in 2021 when she inquired about planning her dream boho beach wedding! We discussed everything that she envisioned for her wedding day and immediately I knew we wanted to be a part of bringing her vision to life. Their big day was absolute perfection from the dried details to the stunning photo booth, everything was all about their vision and love story.

We were able to help Laura from day one, curating a vision that included all of her Pinterest inspo and then some. Working together for well over a year, we were able to hand pick all of her vendors to make it a truly incredible day. It was such an honor to see them get married after all the time we spent together and with her family, it was a beautiful moment…

What was the color palette and vision?

We were looking to create an elevated boho vibe for wedding day! Making sure we incorporate texture, dried elements and florals, we were able to create something both simple and elegant.

What was her dress like?

Her dress fit beautifully with a gorgeous train and veil for the ceremony on the beach. When it came time to do the entrance and join the party, some sweet bows were added to the top to add a touch of whimsy.

What was our favorite detail from wedding day?
If you know us, we love our details! They’re such an important element to the wedding that often get overlooked. I think there would be two details that are tied for favorite at this wedding. First, the audio guestbook. One of our favorite guestbook ideas, the audio phone allows you to have a keepsake to listen to for life. Second, the dried details in the bouquets and tablescapes. While we love pampas grass, there’s just comething extra special with the addition of dried florals. They bring texture to the bouquet and floral landscape.

What surprised you the most?

Umm… I received a bullhorn with the sticker Wedding Planner/Drill Sergeant and it was the best and most thoughtful gift ever! Totally needed for running a rehearsal and portraits at the beach. Laura’s dad went out of his way to customize a thoughtful and fun gift to surprise me at the rehearsal and it was amazing! I can’t wait to use it even more moving forward.
